10CC UK
10cc, alongside ELO, Queen, Steely Dan and Roxy Music, are the 70s giants of "progressive meets pop melodies". Especially their six first albums from 1973-78 were great successes, producing numerous hits such as "I'm not in love", "Rubber bullets", "Dreadlock holiday" and "Life is a minestrone". In a live setting, 10cc are still alive and well, perenially led by bassist/singer Graham Gouldman, and their ability to make the classics soar remains quite intact.
