Ever since their 1991 formation, Norway's Satyricon remain one of the boldest bands in black metal. From a relatively traditional black metal on their debut "Dark medieval times" (1993) to constantly entering new territory on albums like "Nemesis divina" (1996), "Now, diabolical" (2006), "Satyricon" (2013) and most recently "Deep calleth upon deep" (2017). Satyricon - centered around frontman Satyr and drummer Frost - will reportedly release their highly anticipated tenth studio album shortly, so who knows what surprises their setlist may bring.
