Pär Hulkoff from the north of Sweden is best known as the singer/guitarist in the country's industrial metal heroes Raubtier. In 2017, he launched his solo project Hulkoff, leaning more towards power metal, heavily influenced by Norse folk music. The first Hulkoff album "Kven" (2017) was a success, and that success has continued to grow with subsequent releases "Pansarfolk" (2020), "Ragnarök" (2021) and "Hersir" (2023). Maybe in some part because said influences from folk music have also increased with every album?
