The Hives became shooting stars of Swedish garage rock with their first album "Barely legal" (1997). Its follow-up "Veni vidi vicious" (2000) gave them their international break and two hit singles: "Hate to say I told you so" och "Main offender". For years the band kept their massive fanbase happy with additional albums, EPs and singles, but after 2012 this seemingly came to an end save for the single "I'm alive" in 2019. But then, in 2023, that long-awaited comeback happened. Their sixth album "The death of Randy Fitzsimmons" and a heap of singles to boot see the Hives finally returning: on stage as well.
