In 2001 four Polish musicians with roots as diverse as death metal and electronic music, came together in one band. That band was Riverside, who debuted in 2003 to become one of the great names on the European progressive scene, with their dark, melodious mix of classic prog and pure metal. Especially so from their 2015 outing "Love, fear and the time machine", and their eighth and most recent album "ID.Entity" (2023) even charted at #6 in Sweden.
