One of Sweden Rocks most important foundations is the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This atmosphere is in turn one of the biggest contributions to the lack of crime and incidents during the festival. We hope - and work towards that this will stay the same, and even get better every year.
However, if anything happens during the festival, here is some information about who to turn to.
- If you get injured or sick, the best place to turn to is the medic-tent that is located on "plattan" - the big asphalt area right outside the entrance. It is staffed both daytime and night.
- In case someone gets acutely ill inside the festival area, contact nearby security staff, audience host or bar staff and they will radio for medical assistance.
- If you misplace any personal belongings, start by visiting the police lost and found, also located on "plattan".
- If you witness an ongoing situation that makes you alarmed or uneasy inside the festival area, contact the nearest security staff, or alert an audience host or bar staff and they will radio for assistance.
- In case of an emergency, or crime in progress outside of festival grounds or in your camping area, call 112.
- To report a crime that is not an emergency or still in progress, go to the mobile police office located on "plattan", or call 114 14.
- In the situation of a child that has been separated from their guardian, ask the nearest security staff, audience host or bar staff for help or visit the mobile police office located on "plattan".
- If you are accompanying a child inside the festival area and lose their ear muffs, you are welcome to contact our audience host that patrol the area. The always have a spare that you can use.
