A few crowd favorites return to Norje and Sweden Rock Festival, as well as a few first-timers; the first confirmed bands that are coming to Sweden Rock in June are here. Of approximately 90 bands that are coming to the festival in 2024, we proudly present the first six:   The world's first real heavy metal band, according to many - including themselves. And surely Judas Priest from Birmingham have become one of the most legendary and influential heavy metal bands ever since their 1974 debut. Albums like "British steel" (1980), "Screaming for vengeance" (1982) and "Painkiller" (1990) rank among the most classic on the scene and immortal Judas Priest songs are all but innumerable. March 2024 will see the release of the band's 19th studio album and current single "Panic attack" reveals that  Rob Halford & Co have not lost their mojo but have a record in the veins of "Painkiller" prepared for us. What a heavy-metal fest we just finished! Visitors from 64 different countries, 92 gigs, daily sunshine and a party like no other! We are extremely grateful for our guests who choose to return tou our festival year after year, and for all the crew that help us make this festival happen! Welcome back next year!

For STANDARD-ticket holders: (If you have a VIP ticket: keep scrolling) If you have bought a standard ticket, you pick up your wristband at the Ticket Exchange , not far from the main festival entrance. If you need a map to find the Ticket Exchange, download the Sweden Rock app!   In order for the exchange to go as smoothly and quickly as possible, we have set the following ground rules:   On Tuesday, only 4-day wristbands will be distributed. Until 13:00 on Wednesday, only 4-day- and Wednesday wristbands will be distributed. After 13:00 you can also pick up 3-day wristbands. All 1-day wristbands will be distributed on the day that the ticket is valid for.   Ticket exchange opening hours: Tuesday 6th June: 11:00-23:00 - 4-day tickets are exchanged. Finally! All 92 acts for this year's festival are confirmed and the artist line-up is complete!   The eight acts completing this year's line-up are German power metal giants POWERWOLF, American punk rockers RANCID, the brutal but melodic SOILWORK, blues rockers BLUES PILLS, Finnish folk metallers KORPIKLAANI, Norwegian black metallers 1349, Welsh rock'n'roll trio FLORENCE BLACK and the guest star spangled SRF tradition ROCKKLASSIKER ALLSTARS.   These final eight acts are joining a line-up already sporting Iron Maiden, Ghost, Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Deep Purple, Pantera, Europe, Gojira and many more.
