It was as recently as March 2021 that the single "Mad world" introduced Crowne, the Swedish hair metal supergroup with members of Europe, H.E.A.T, the Poodles, Dynazty and topnotch singer Alexander Strandell of Art Nation fame. Their first album "Kings of the North" followed a few months later, and the recent sophomore effort "Operation Phoenix" shows Crowne going in a more metallic direction - to the delight of their expanding fanbase.
