One of the biggest names in European metal in the 21st century. Within Temptation have made seven studio albums since 1997, with an abundance of grand melodies, symphonic arrangements and Sharon den Adel's divine vocals on top. "Hydra" of 2014 was the band's last studio record before a lengthy break, during which Sharon worked on her solo project. Then finally came their comeback album "Resist" in 2019, to become another success with its pop-flavored but still dark direction.
