Tickets for Sweden Rock Festival 2018 to be released 9 AM CET

Today November 24th at 9 am, the tickets for Sweden Rock Festival 2018 will be released. If you are keen on getting ahold of one of the limited t-shirts, we suggest that you act fast, as we are predicting an unusually high demand this year.

This year we have a new ticket-system supplier; Ticketmaster. For you ticket buyers, there will not be any major changes. You will still find the tickets here on our site of course, but due to the high interest we suggest that you use the direct link to the Ticketmaster page: https://www.ticketmaster.se/?language=en-us

Tips to simplify your purchase
In order to buy Sweden Rock tickets, you will need to be logged in to the Ticketmaster site. If you don't already have an account, you need to create one. That is done here: https://www.ticketmaster.se/myAccount/loginRegister.php Preferably you create the account before hand - why not today?

The queue starts at exactly 9:00 am tomorrow morning (Swedish time). Arriving earlier will not give you any advantage. If you happen to click on to a page of a specific ticket type before 9:00 am, you will need to refresh the page at 9:00 in order to enter the queue.

Once you have gotten your position in the queue, you don't need to do anything but wait. Do not refresh once you've entered the queue.

After you have chosen your ticket type (for example 3-day ticket), you will be given the opportunity to add on parking and/or bus wristbands. But if you wish to buy several different ticket types, i.e. one 3-day and one 4-day, you will need to make two separate purchases.

The tickets will then be delivered to your mailbox - and also become available on Ticketmaster's "My Account". Would you for some reason like to have them mailed to your postal address, that is possible too.

Ticket prices for 2018 look like this:

4-day ticket: 2895 SEK
3-day ticket: 2595 SEK
4-day VIP ticket: 4495 SEK
Parking 1: 475 SEK
Parking 2: 275 SEK

Previous years there has been a 50 SEK service charge addition to the price, but that is not the case this year.

Payment methods
Ticketmaster offers several different payment methods. You can read about all of them here: https://www.ticketmaster.se/help/card.html?language=sv-se

Tickets are not personal
Just like previous years, the tickets are not personal. That means that you are free to buy tickets for someone else. However, please note that the person who will be using the festival wristband is the one who must bring the ticket to the ticket office at the festival him- or herself.

Gift cards
As a result of changing supplier, we can now offer gift cards. Read more about them here: https://www.ticketmaster.se/feature/presentkort/

If you need customer support
If you need help or have questions, Ticketmaster has a customer support at your disposal. They can be reached Monday - Friday between 09:00 - 17:00 on this number: +46-771- 70 70 70. You can also e-mail them at: info@ticketmaster.se

If you need to re-sell, use Seatwave
If you for some reason need to sell your ticket, we recommend that you use Ticketmaster's re-sale site Seatwave: https://www.seatwave.se/
