The Quill cancels, AC/DC Jam to replace

Unfortunately, The Quill have been force to cancel their opening day appearance at Sweden Rock. Vocalist Magnus Ekwall had emergency surgery just a few days ago and have not had enough time to recover. Ekwall is said to be expecting a full recovery, but is presently unable to perform. The band comments: "We've been preparing for this show for a long time and it's extremely sad we won't be able to deliver the ultimate THE QUILL show for you but right now Magnus' health, of course, has to come first. Once again we're all really sorry but we hope we'll be able to play the world's greatest festival again some other time."

Their replacements will be one of the best tribute bands in Sweden, AC/DC Jam from Karlshamn.

Organic news in the Pilgrim Bar! The Pilgrim Bar is our first organic bar, located in the new food area The Smoke Pit. Here we will serve organic beer on tap, the unfiltered Falcon Pilgrim eco beer, the all new organic cider Somersby Cloudy Pear and organic wine. Of course we also have several non-alcoholic options. The beer and the cider are - like most of the drinks all over the festival - produced at Carlsberg Sweden's brewery in Falkenberg or at the water production center in Ramlösa. In 2017, Carlsberg was the first large brewery in Sweden to start producing carbon-dioxide neutrally, with 100 % "green"...
