We are here - and we miss you!

During 2020, the Corona pandemic has stopped music events all over the world, and it was immensely sad not to welcome our amazing audience to the festival this year. But even if we might have been a bit quiet this fall, the Sweden Rock team is still going strong and working hard.
Needless to say, we realize that the ongoing pandemic may affect events next summer as well, and we will of course follow all the rules, guidelines and restrictions given by the authorities. But there is still a lot of time left until the first riffs are meant to sound over our expanded and updated festival area, and a lot of things will happen before then. If and when we get our "go ahead", we promise to stand ready and excited to carry out a great festival.
We have a strong list of bands lined-up for 2021, and since we know that everyone who has kept their tickets from 2020 is curious, we have decided to announce all confirmed bands shortly - so keep an eye out for that!

CONFIRMED: TALISMAN - A TRIBUTE TO MARCEL JACOB We're incredibly happy to announce that Talisman - A Tribute to Marcel Jacob is confirmed for this summer's festival! Marcel Jacob (1964-2009) who would've turned 60 this year, was Talisman's bassist and undisputed leader. In his honor, the band's music will be performed by his surviving bandmates - singer Jeff Scott Soto, guitarist Fredrik Åkesson and drummer Jamie Borger. Bassist Johan Niemann (Evergrey) completes the lineup, in a way that guarantees that classics like "I'll be waiting", "Mysterious" and "Colour my XTC" will be played in a way worthy of one of Sweden's greatest hard rock bands ever.
