The band schedule for Sweden Rock Festival 2016 is now complete and posted here on our website
The schedule is a result of the artists' tour schedules, travelling plans and wishes, but we have also done our best to avoid collisions between bands of similar genres.
Please note that we will not post the band schedule on the app yet. This is due to that we are developing a brand new app, and therefore you would only have needed to re-do your personal schedule in the new app later anyways. Thanks for your patience with this, and have a Happy Easter!
CONFIRMED: TALISMAN - A TRIBUTE TO MARCEL JACOB We're incredibly happy to announce that Talisman - A Tribute to Marcel Jacob is confirmed for this summer's festival! Marcel Jacob (1964-2009) who would've turned 60 this year, was Talisman's bassist and undisputed leader. In his honor, the band's music will be performed by his surviving bandmates - singer Jeff Scott Soto, guitarist Fredrik Åkesson and drummer Jamie Borger. Bassist Johan Niemann (Evergrey) completes the lineup, in a way that guarantees that classics like "I'll be waiting", "Mysterious" and "Colour my XTC" will be played in a way worthy of one of Sweden's greatest hard rock bands ever. TWIN TEMPLE out, LUCIFER in! Unfortunately, we have to announce that TWIN TEMPLE is canceling their performance at Sweden Rock Festival 2024. At the same time, we are pleased to announce that they will be replaced by LUCIFER! Heavy retro rockers Lucifer were formed by German singer Johanna Sadonis and debut album "Lucifer I" arrived in 2015. Then Sadonis teamed up with songwriting partner and drummer Nicke Andersson (Hellacopters, ex-Entombed) and moved the band to Stockholm. Lucifer's sound is based on analogue arrangements, predominantly 70s' influences, and occult overtones. Here you'll find, among other things, a wine bar from The Wanted Zin, specialty bars from Liquid Industries with their pre-mixed Ready-To-Drink beverages like Mojito and Bellini, Briska cider bar, and an international craft beer bar featuring mixed brands.
